He has over 20 years of industrial experience. He earned B.Eng (Petroleum), M.Eng (Environmental) and MSc (Occupational Health, Safety and Environment) degrees of University of Port Harcourt and PhD degree of University of Nigeria, Nsukka. He is a fellow of the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (FISPON), a Fellow, Institute of Corporate Administration of Nigeria (FICAN), a COREN registered Engineer; a member, Nigerian Society of Engineers (MNSE); member, Society of Petroleum Engineers (MSPE); member, American Society Safety Engineers (MASSE), and member, Ergonomics Society of Nigeria (MESN). He is a certified Environmental Specialist, NREP, USA, Certified OHSAS 18001:2007 Auditor/ Lead Auditor. He was the branch chairman of Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria (2007-2011). He has won the prestigious high performance award from the President as a chairman of Nigerian Institute of Safety Professionals, Rivers State branch (2008). He has a strong background in Safety and Environmental studies and been an instructor in Health, Safety and Environment trainings in the Institute of Safety Professionals of Nigeria. (2001 – Date).
Pastor Ugbebor is a consultant in the field of Environmental and Safety. He is presently the Regional Overseer of Deeper Life Bible Church, Ikwerre region. He is also a State Coordinator of FRSC, Special Marshals and Partnership, Rivers State (RS6.1).
